In my Harvard-published research on the future of work, I discovered that high performing teams have mastered a critical mindset for success called “radical adaptability.” This is a skill that empowers teams to solve any workplace problem with simple yet powerful mindset shifts in leadership and teamwork habits.

When we combine these human behavioral changes with new disruptive technologies like artificial intelligence, we can create a future of work with exponential results, making our impossible, possible.
